Account Executive
Climb Global SolutionsAccount Executive responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships within Premier Account teams at Climb Channel Solutions. Delivering innovative solutions to top partners in a team-oriented environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for specific Premier Accounts and manage a high volume of email requests
- Cultivating strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partners to ensure partner satisfaction
- Familiarity and comfortability with a team environment, collaborating with colleagues in many areas
- Consistently articulating Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to partners
- Acting as liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business and gain market share
- Comfortable working within designated SLA’s and keeping up with customer KPI requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry Level position – no prior industry experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and selling techniques
- Familiarity with Pipeline and Forecasting methodology
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of different CRM tools
