About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for specific Premier Accounts and manage a high volume of email requests
  • Cultivating strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partners to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Familiarity and comfortability with a team environment, collaborating with colleagues in many areas
  • Consistently articulating Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to partners
  • Acting as liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business and gain market share
  • Comfortable working within designated SLA’s and keeping up with customer KPI requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Entry Level position – no prior industry experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and selling techniques
  • Familiarity with Pipeline and Forecasting methodology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of different CRM tools
