About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions
Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog
Make trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value
Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction
Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery
Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing
Enable internal technical teams with context and training for product launches and customer success
Balance current-customer needs with opportunities in new market segments and use cases
Build business cases for product investment
Help lead Delinea’s SaaS-first identity security portfolio, primarily endpoint privilege management products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
End-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line
5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security
Direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies
Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP
Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux
Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tooling
Track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue
Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling offerings and user experiences
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications advantageous
