About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, execute, and optimize the architecture and roadmap for critical internal AI infrastructure
Own and evolve open-source AI platforms and customer solutions within Iris AI
Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams
Engage and align business leaders, tech teams, and customers on new AI-powered capabilities
Ensure products meet stringent compliance, governance, and security standards
Identify opportunities for leveraging AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA)
Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts
Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals
Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products
Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products
Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products
Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value
