Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of proven relevant professional experience as a technical support agent or its equivalent
- In depth knowledge and experience in at least some of the following:
- IT and System administration
- Networking and data transport and encryption
- Cloud infrastructure, Machine, network and services virtualization
- Security concepts and methodologies
- Relational databases and SQL language proficiency
- .NET applications
