About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the primary architect of the market narrative for next-generation infrastructure access
- Bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and business-critical outcomes
- Ensure "Zero Trust" and "Just-In-Time" access stories resonate deeply with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Security Leadership
- Own the GTM strategy and positioning for StrongDM
- Define and refine the value proposition for StrongDM
- Translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-driven narratives
- Develop persona-based messaging tailored to technical practitioners and executive decision-makers
- Lead end-to-end GTM execution for product launches and major feature releases
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute GTM/pipeline plays
- Coordinate across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
- Track and report on the effectiveness of GTM programs and adjust strategies as needed
- Develop high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, discovery guides, and competitive battlecards
- Create ROI models and business cases
- Author original content, including white papers, technical blogs, and webinar scripts
- Represent Delinea/StrongDM at industry events and conferences
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Marketing within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
- Direct experience in PAM, IAM, or DevOps/Infrastructure tooling is a significant advantage
- Proven track record of creating and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable ARR growth
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them compellingly to both practitioner and C-suite audiences
- Comfortable engaging with technical architects and engineers; ability to understand the "how" of a product to better market the "why."
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Pragmatic Institute certification is a plus
