About the role
- serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Fastpath product family
- act as the customer's trusted advisor to maximize value from their Fastpath deployment
- regularly monitor customer health metrics and share insights
- deliver remote services to new and existing customers
- engage swiftly with customers to resolve high-priority issues
- track product updates, new features, and emerging compliance requirements
- conduct regular review sessions to validate platform configurations
- document customer environments, access profiles, risk mitigations, and control evidence
- coordinate participation in early access programs for new Fastpath releases
- visit customer sites for Quarterly Business Reviews and compliance assessments
- maintain high performance levels with customers, measured through satisfaction surveys
- build and leverage relationships across Delinea to mobilize resources quickly
- develop and present executive-level reports summarizing access risk posture and compliance themes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar technical advisory or success role
- strong background in compliance, audit, or internal audit functions
- hands-on knowledge of enterprise applications and processes
- prior experience with Fastpath solutions or comparable GRC/IGA tools
- proven track record leading large-scale compliance or transformational projects
- ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects effectively
- comfort engaging directly with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical enterprise clients
- demonstrated quick learning and absorption of new technical/compliance information
- consistent success delivering results through both routine and unexpected challenges
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation of current processes, risks, mitigations, and proposed improvements.
