About the role
- Own aspects of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core platform shared services
- Define platform contracts, APIs, and service expectations used by multiple product teams
- Ensure shared services are designed for reuse, extensibility, and scale, not one-off product needs
- Drive innovation in cross-cutting platform capabilities that unlock new use cases across the portfolio
- Partner with application product teams to identify common needs that belong in shared services
- Balance foundational investment with incremental delivery to ensure shared services provide visible product value
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in platform, infrastructure, or security products
- Hands-on experience owning or materially contributing to a FedRAMP
- Experience designing shared services consumed by multiple product teams
- Strong technical fluency across:
- - Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP GovCloud)
- - Identity, logging, encryption, and monitoring architectures
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities
- Travel Expectation: 25%
