About the role

  • GPTOps is a standalone AI operations service within the Delinea Platform enabling secure, compliant interaction with OpenAI and other LLMs
  • GPTOps features include RAG, real-time feedback, self-evaluation to reduce hallucinations, intelligent follow-up suggestions, and dynamic content management
  • Design, maintain, and deploy scalable and highly available backend and cloud-based applications using C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes
  • Implement and manage load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and scalability of backend services
  • Work closely with the CloudOps team to ensure robust, secure, and efficient cloud operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) using Scrum to propose technical solutions and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Optimize backend applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud production issues to ensure system reliability and availability
  • Continuously improve development and automation processes (code quality, E2E testing, security scans), monitoring, and incident response
  • Contribute to and improve shared code, tooling, and techniques across Platform teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focused on backend/cloud development and C#
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and learn large code bases
  • Proficiency in C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes
  • Experience implementing and managing load balancing solutions
  • Affinity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Familiarity with platform AI libraries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and oral)
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with AI, LLMs, MCP
  • (Nice to have) Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and API development
  • (Nice to have) Experience with cost control and compliance in cloud/AI operations
