Executive Assistant

• Manage Program team’s calendar and scheduling across multiple time zones (US, Europe)
• Maintain the Hub’s central team event calendar and ensure visibility of key meetings and milestones

Executive Assistant, Global Industry Hub

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and manage efficient data pipelines and supporting architectures to effectively, ingest, store, retrieve, and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Incorporate organizational priorities and departmental roadmaps to most effectively design, develop, and maintain the overall data warehouse strategy, architecture, data models and charts, security, and performance.
• Translate business needs into high performance architectures, pipeline designs, and technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain data integration processes that facilitate accurate and performant flows of information across multiple business systems.
• Research and implement solutions and 3rd party integrations needed for enterprise architecture ecosystem enhancements.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing integrations and configurations, making adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability; troubleshoot as needed.
• Define and implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality and security.
• Create and manage technical documentation including process models, specifications, and diagrams for the data warehouse and all systems integrations.
• Effectively coordinate related workstreams and prioritize strong engagement with multiple project teams internally and across various contractors.
• Drive ClimateWorks’ development lifecycle to accurately deploy system changes (effort assessments, technical development, user testing, and data migration).

Information Systems Data Engineer

Director

• Provide assistance to up to 10 program and service teams in developing strategies along with tools and methods to track their progress.
• Support teams to develop progress tracking tools and report on progress (e.g., results reporting, dashboards).
• Facilitate collaborative design of inputs to proposal and reporting processes (e.g., theories of change, KPIs, outcomes, indicators and other metrics, etc.).
• Support the development of program-level strategies and solutions, including designing the processes and timelines to support strategy development.
• Collaborate with program leads, programs leadership, and philanthropic partnerships to determine a cycle of program strategy development.
• Provide input on survey design and other data collection tools.
• Support reporting on grants.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge about relevant strategy, research, and learning in the climate change ecosystem.
• Participate in working groups of funders and grantees to discuss and take action on issues related to monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure excellent responsiveness and dialogue with funding partners.
• Work collaboratively with other ClimateWorks teams to respond to grantee perception report findings and support an effective process of reporting for our own grantees.

• Support the learning process, including providing analysis and recommendations, emerging from end-of-year reviews, grantee perception surveys, organizational health surveys, and more.
• Provide analysis of knowledge products (e.g., evaluations, qualitative findings, surveys etc.) as an input into yearly planning and strategy development.
• Support efforts to enable decision making, including synthesizing and summarizing operational and programmatic data.

Associate Director – Strategy and Learning

Events

• Lead operational planning and execution of internal and external events under the direction of the Events Manager
• Serve as the project management hub — tracking milestones in Asana, enforcing deadlines, and ensuring all stakeholders deliver on time
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to secure travel, lodging, catering, and technology support for internal staff events
• Manage intake and scoping of new event requests, helping shape agendas, staffing needs, and timelines from the outset
• Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding the event planning process, providing clear guidance on expectations and responsibilities
• Build and manage customized event registration forms and attendee lists tailored to event objectives
• Create and maintain event websites ensuring consistent branding and accessibility standards
• Draft and distribute event-related communications to drive timely response and engagement
• Maintain a centralized repository of event assets, templates, and documentation for efficiency and knowledge-sharing
• Partner with IS&T to maintain existing tools and lead the rollout of new event management systems

Events Associate, Marketing and Communications

Operations

• Provide project management support for key operations efforts as needed, including those related to our work on organizational health and equity, hybrid approaches to project management and collaboration, coordinating risk management functions, and supporting major cross-org initiatives.
• Design and draft policies and processes that meet ClimateWorks’ evolving operational needs and align with our Justice and Equity principles, integrating feedback from staff and leadership.
• Coordinate Operations support for ClimateWorks’ evolving global footprint, including offices and projects based outside of the United States.
• Manage the process of regularly reviewing and revising ClimateWorks policies, especially as they relate to our hybrid work approach and decision-making.
• Partner with staff and leadership in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to address new opportunities or challenges as they arise.
• Support our hybrid work approach by testing new practices, tracking the impact of our efforts, and designing new practices for all staff.
• Develop visual aids, slides, and other materials to communicate policies, processes, and other information to staff and leadership.

Senior Associate, Operations and Planning

Communications

• Assess, develop, and execute a 12-month internal communications roadmap in partnership with the Sr. Director, Marketing and Communications
• Build and maintain an internal communications master calendar sequencing major cross-team and organizational communications
• Engage cross-team communicators and channel owners to align and evolve use of email, newsletters, events, intranet, learning management, and other channels
• Create and publish a regular, proactive digest of organizational news sourced from across departments, the executive team, and geographies
• Partner with channel owners to co-develop enhancements and content strategies that improve staff experience and encourage broader staff contributions
• Develop templates and tools to increase clarity and effectiveness of communications across the organization

Internal Communications Consultant

Account Manager

• Develop and implement stewardship and engagement strategies for a select portfolio of ClimateWorks Foundation funders
• Design and implement customized, message-aligned stewardship plans that align with each funder’s goals and values
• Craft individualized engagement tactics including tailored communications, reports, and invitations to exclusive events or briefings
• Create, track, and deploy funder-ready impact stories and maintain a library of stories, visuals, and messaging tools
• Partner closely with the Philanthropic Partnerships team and philanthropy managers to align on funder strategies, communications, and events
• Oversee delivery of stewardship activities within the portfolio ensuring high-quality, timely, and impactful interactions
• Track and analyze funder engagement metrics; provide regular updates and recommendations to refine strategies
• Develop compelling impact reports and coordinate with relevant departments to synthesize data and insights
• Assist in planning and executing high-touch funder events and site visits; prepare personalized briefing materials

Stewardship and Funder Relations Manager, Donor Communications

• The Executive Assistant will provide administrative duties for the VP of Programs and another program team initiative. This position will report to the Associate Director, Programs Administration, who oversees the EA team within Programs. The Associate Director will help manage workloads and capacity. EA responsibilities will include fast-paced and often complex scheduling and calendar management, coordinating logistics and materials for meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, supporting in-office meetings, expense reporting and other related duties as required.
• Manage daily calendars and assist with complex scheduling
• Will create and fill out scheduling polls and assist in scheduling internal and external group meetings.
• Prepare calendar invites for internal and external meetings.
• Provide logistics support for remote meetings such as setting up and managing videoconference platforms, managing breakout rooms, troubleshooting technical problems.
• Compile receipts and reconciling monthly expense reports
• Assist with database management tasks in Salesforce.
• Provide full logistics support for in-office events and meetings. In-office support may include ordering meals, assisting with conference room AV and managing remote participation, and preparing and distributing materials.
• Review communications, presentations and documents for accuracy, completeness, format and grammar (as needed).
• In coordination with CWF travel agent, assist with domestic and international travel arrangements: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and any needed logistics. Provide travel package with background, briefings, maps, and bios as needed. . This may also include travel for this position at least 2-4 times a year.
• Ensure that the VP of Programs is fully briefed and prepared for meetings, events, and trips by providing or obtaining background information for these commitments and providing detailed itineraries
