Manager

• Drive the overarching development, near-term planning, and daily implementation of En Acción’s Bilingual digital communications and social media strategy.
• Turn strategic vision into actionable digital products, content, and cross-platform campaigns.
• Build En Acción's social media strategy by coordinating with an external digital consultant on content development, platform management, and performance optimization across social channels.
• Manage En Acción’s content creator program.
• Identify, vet, and recruit Latino content creators; serve as primary relationship manager for ongoing digital engagement work; manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach (briefings, timeline coordination) through contract execution, budget tracking, and performance reporting in collaboration with Operations and Digital team.
• Partner with digital agencies to coordinate En Accion’s creator content development and distribution.
• Adapt Climate Power research and messaging into accessible Spanish and English briefing materials and creative assets for Latino creators, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
• Responsible for communication with En Accion’s digital and social partner network and managing ongoing engagement through strategy calls, briefings, and networks.
• Serve as the project lead for all events, panels, and conferences directly tied to En Acción’s creator network and digital portfolio.
• Provide communications support during rapid response moments as needed.

Engagement Manager

Research Analyst

• Lead data analysis and updates for longer-term research projects tracking the impacts of, and attacks on, the clean energy economy.
• Work with the Research Deputy Managing Director, the Accountability Research Director, and the Clean Energy campaign to deliver research-driven projects in the issue area.
• Draft reports, fact sheets, and other clean energy research and communications materials.
• Track and report on business news from the clean energy sector, including financial filings and earnings calls.
• Generate actionable research that can be used in communications materials, media pitches, and campaign tactics to hold elected and government officials accountable for rolling back and blocking clean energy investments.
• Produce paid and organic media ad backups on short deadlines, conduct fact-checks, and approve clean energy content in outbound materials.
• Work with the Research Deputy Managing Director and Communications team to pitch research findings to media outlets.
• General research needs, including creating research backgrounders and rapid response work. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as need and capacity dictates.

Senior Clean Energy Research Associate

Director

• Work with the Deputy Managing Director of Research to develop and execute overall departmental strategy for the Climate Urgency campaign and opposition research strategy focused on relevant agency heads and key administration officials.
• Represent the department in organization-wide Climate Urgency campaign meetings and planning.
• Monitor developments in the issue area by relevant federal agencies, including FEMA, NOAA, NWS, and USFS.
• Develop an opposition research strategy focused on relevant agency heads and key administration officials.
• Manage and train a Senior Research Associate, directing day-to-day tasks and managing contributions to long-term research projects.
• Work across the organization, including directly with the Climate Urgency campaign, to manage research-driven projects in the issue area.
• Oversee the Senior Research Associate’s tracking and reporting on business news from the home insurance industry, including financial filings and earnings calls.
• Collaborate with partners on opposition research items and manage consultants’ relevant work in the issue area.
• Generate actionable research that can be used in communications materials, media pitches, and campaign tactics to hold powerful interests and individuals accountable.
• Produce polling and ad backups in their issue area on short deadlines, conduct fact-checks, and approve applicable content in outbound materials.
• Work with the Research Deputy Managing Director and Communications team to pitch research findings to media outlets.
• Draft reports, fact sheets, backgrounders and other Climate Urgency research and communications materials, and engage in rapid response work.

Climate Urgency Research Director

• Develop and implement All In’s international strategy by monitoring the geopolitical landscape and translating that intelligence into proactive recommendations, organizational priorities, and the needs of U.S. subnational actors, especially mayors and governors.
• Lead year-round bilateral engagement with priority countries and multilateral institutions.
• Oversee flagship international activities for All In, including a unified pavilion and delegation of U.S. subnational and non-state actors at COPs, Climate Weeks, G7/G20 ministerials, and/or other events.
• Represent U.S. subnational priorities within the international climate ecosystem, ensuring multilateral processes meaningfully reflect the work, needs, and ambitions of U.S. subnational actors.
• Identify and develop opportunities for U.S. subnational engagement on key issues (AI and data centers, clean energy, methane, resilience, climate finance).
• Provide principals with the staffing, guidance, and materials they need to engage effectively in international fora and bilaterals.
• Develop and steward an All In Ambassadors program, drawing on former senior diplomats, sectoral experts, community leaders, and international champions.
• Build and manage a small team, creating team systems, processes, and workflows.
• Manage senior part-time advisors (former diplomats and thematic experts), contractors for major global climate events (e.g. COP); and oversee an international advisory group.
• Collaborate with All In’s communications, domestic, and research functions to ensure coherent, coordinated messaging and programming.
• Serve as a member of All In's senior leadership team, contributing to and executing upon All In's broader strategy and mission.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with All In’s major domestic and international partners, including Climate Mayors, U.S. Climate Alliance, C40 Cities, ICLEI We Mean Business, and the broader ecosystem of U.S. environmental NGOs.
• Coordinate with peer organizations to align efforts, avoid duplication, and identify opportunities for joint programming; and position All In as an umbrella organization that connects and uplifts subnational climate efforts.
• Lead and represent All In on regularly organized calls and meetings with internal and external partners, including funders.
• Partner with the Managing Director, Communications to develop and deploy All In’s international narrative and strategy: conveying the breadth, durability, and impact of U.S. subnational climate action to global audiences (in close coordination with research leads and core partners).

Managing Director, International Engagement

Communications

• Develop and implement All In’s communications strategy – defining goals, audiences, and tactics, and delivering domestic and international outcomes, with the understanding that this may include climate-focused and non-climate-focused audiences.
• Refine All In’s voice and tone across platforms using polling and research, and identify surrogates who can deliver those messages.
• Implement communications plans around major public events and international climate moments, including New York Climate Week and the Conference of the Parties (COP).
• Establish communications protocols and processes for All In, recognizing the range of partner needs and dynamics.
• Work closely with All In’s PR firm, oversee a media relations strategy, build and strengthen relationships with reporters, and identify and pitch stories that help advance and amplify subnational climate leadership.
• Deploy key messengers and coordinate with partners during rapid-response moments to support All In and its partners.
• Oversee All In’s digital media presence and strategy (social media, website, newsletter).
• Develop and execute content strategy during key domestic and international climate moments, including engagement with co-chairs, partners, content creators, and others.
• Review and, when necessary, draft press releases, op-eds, statements, talking points, speeches, and social media content for All In and coalition partners.
• Drive content strategy around research reports and analysis.
• Work closely with All In partners and their communications teams to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and support.
• Identify cross-cutting trends and needs, coordinate with allied efforts, and help to knit together resources and initiatives to bolster reach and fill gaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tensions between partners, with support from the Executive Director and other senior All In leaders.
• Work with the current All In Chair and Co-chairs to provide opportunities to elevate their leadership and align it with All In’s objectives.
• Support briefings, convenings, and trainings for partners.
• Build and manage a small team.
• Manage contracted consultants, vendors, partners, and their assigned teams.
• Build out systems, processes, and workflows for a new team and communications operation.
• Work with vendors and contractors to conduct media monitoring, trend analysis, and track audience development.

• Assist in preparation for, outbound communication related to, and the tracking of information for the political team’s partner engagement events and projects.
