About the role
- Be the expert voice for users, business, data, and industry
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve the right problems and build the right things
- Lead product discovery, conducting user research, market research, and data analysis
- Collaborate to test hypotheses and determine the right product to build
- Define measures of success and monitor metrics
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog
- Support the team to be high-performing, happy, and healthy
- Manage relationships with third parties related to products
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working on software or technology products
- At least three years as a product manager
- Managing CMS, data curation or document database products
- Experience with B2B2C or white-labelled products targeted at professional audiences
- Organising, structuring and labelling information
- Making informed decisions about metadata schemas, taxonomies, content quality standards
- Discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and experts
- Using AI to improve products or processes
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
- Experience in conducting user research and analysing data
- Passion for research and data-driven decision-making ideally in legal, policy, or academic fields
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Strong interest in climate, nature, law and policy domains
