About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end startup sourcing process, identifying high-potential companies aligned with investment priorities.
- Plan and organize pitch days, including outreach, coordination, and evaluation of participating startups.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, and other ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen the deal pipeline.
- Manage and nurture investor relationships with VCs and angel investors, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
- Oversee startup engagement processes, including maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and supporting founders as needed.
- Conduct research assignments across sectors and investment themes.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work with numbers, financial data, and large datasets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to cross-functional tasks and organizational priorities as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in Climate Tech or Sustainability will be highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of startup lifecycle stages, diligence processes, and investment evaluation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Python will be an added advantage.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop and maintain structured processes.
