Administrative Assistant

• Assist partners and team members with end-to-end travel arrangements including domestic & international flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa documentation, and ground transportation.
• Provide logistical support for organizational retreats and assist in organizing events, workshops, and conferences.
• Manage calendars and scheduling support for partners/senior leadership, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Track expenses related to travel, events, and retreats for reporting to Finance, and provide weekly updates on pending tasks.

Analyst

• Support the team in research and critical analysis of impact frameworks and tools
• Work closely with startup founders to understand business models, define impact boundaries, and identify relevant metrics
• Develop and customise impact assessment tools (primarily in MS Excel) for startup use cases across sectors
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Maintain detailed meeting notes and translate discussions into actionable insights for project tracking
• Assist the team in planning and managing events, training sessions, and workshops

Impact Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the end-to-end startup sourcing process, identifying high-potential companies aligned with investment priorities.
• Plan and organize pitch days, including outreach, coordination, and evaluation of participating startups.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, and other ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen the deal pipeline.
• Manage and nurture investor relationships with VCs and angel investors, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
• Oversee startup engagement processes, including maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and supporting founders as needed.
• Conduct research assignments across sectors and investment themes.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work with numbers, financial data, and large datasets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to cross-functional tasks and organizational priorities as required.
