• Plan and execute communication strategies for ecosystem events (e.g., Climate Drinks, Mosambi Climate Conference, Delhi Climate Innovation Week etc.).
• Manage multi-platform communications including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, WhatsApp, and event websites.
• Ensure timely rollout of all communication deliverables aligned with event timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, programs, partnerships) to deliver communication outputs.
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, websites, and outreach campaigns.
• Build and translate program narratives into clear, engaging, and high-quality communication outputs.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
• Work closely with program teams, partners, and speakers to gather inputs required for communication deliverables.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of communication requirements.
• Support outreach efforts to drive registrations and engagement for events.
• Build and manage communication calendars aligned with event timelines.
• Track progress of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met without repeated follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
