Impact Analyst
Climate CollectiveImpact Analyst supporting climate tech startups in measuring and communicating their climate impact. Collaborating with founders and developing bespoke impact assessment tools in a remote team setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in research and critical analysis of impact frameworks and tools
- Work closely with startup founders to understand business models, define impact boundaries, and identify relevant metrics
- Develop and customise impact assessment tools (primarily in MS Excel) for startup use cases across sectors
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Maintain detailed meeting notes and translate discussions into actionable insights for project tracking
- Assist the team in planning and managing events, training sessions, and workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or related fields
- Strong understanding of climate change, mitigation, adaptation & resilience, and impact metrics
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in climate impact metrics
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and climate investing landscape would be a bonus.
