About the role

  • Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to streamline the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Assist directors with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities management and administrative processes.
  • Plan and execute team-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage sales administration, optimize CRM processes, and support the sales team by designing and creating high-impact sales materials and presentations.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven and technology-enhanced initiatives to boost sales, marketing and business performance.

Requirements

  • · Minimum of 5 years of commercial working experience
  • · Ideally, experience in a media or events, or climate-related business.
  • · Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • · Proactive, adaptable, problem solver, outcome orientated and able to work independently.
