About the role

  • Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy
  • Lead weekly pipeline, deal strategy, and forecast reviews; enforce qualification, stage integrity, and close discipline
  • Drive urgency, accountability, and KPI-based performance management across the sales team
  • Coach and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, reducing ramp time and improving attainment consistency
  • Oversee execution across Direct, Affiliate, and other sales channels, ensuring proper engagement, deal quality, margin, and co-selling practices
  • Build and maintain scalable sales playbooks, onboarding, and training programs
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory design, hiring, and scaling the sales organization
  • Establish and reinforce a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance; celebrate wins and address underperformance quickly

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B sales with 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven experience coaching AEs to quota
  • Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales motions
  • Data-driven, direct, and highly accountable
  • Comfortable leading and training in evolving product environments
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of a month
