About the role
- Own day-to-day sales admin and coordination to remove bottlenecks for the sales team
- Support pipeline management by keeping notes, stages, and key details current in Salesforce
- Ensure paperwork, documentation, and required sales processes are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor tasks and next steps, and follow up with Sales Reps to keep deals progressing
- Prepare and send follow-up communications to prospects when required
- Help improve efficiency by spotting repetitive tasks and suggesting simpler ways to run them
- Assist with basic reporting or dashboards (as needed) to support visibility across pipeline and activity
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Understanding of end-to end sales process and cycles is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (able to confidently follow up with internal stakeholders and, at times, external prospects)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and assertive when needed (you can tactfully chase Sales Reps and keep things moving)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where priorities can shift quickly
- A process-minded approach: you enjoy making things more efficient and keeping systems clean
