About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold calls, cold emails, and social touches to generate new pipeline.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists, research accounts, and identify key decision-makers.
- Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
- Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
- Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years relevant work experience in cold calling, outbound sales motions, or pipeline generation roles.
- A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
- You're a driven, resilient self-starter who thrives on picking up the phone and opening doors.
- A good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs.
