Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations
Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects
Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for management teams
Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs
Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in the Pacific Northwest territory, specifically Washington, Oregon, or Idaho
Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms
6+ years in a customer facing role with technology
2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients
An understanding of application deployment processes for Cloud transformation
Strong customer-facing skills to influence technical and executive audiences
Creative problem solver with eagerness to learn new technologies
Demonstrated ability in business process mapping and diagramming
Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms, web services, and APIs
