Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years creating social content
Write killer copy, shoot and edit short-form video, design static graphics, and build carousels on your own.
Ship consistently
Have a deep understanding of product and user experience
Use AI tools in daily production workflow
Have strong editorial judgment about AI-generated content
Have deep, platform-native intuition for X and LinkedIn, with working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
Can scout for good creator/influencer talent
Track performance, run experiments and explain what worked
Can react to trends within hours with a high-quality bar.
