  • Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency
  • Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
