About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency
- Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
