About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and expert knowledge of the ClickUp product to provide targeted support to ClickUp users.
- Partner closely with users to understand their goals and blockers. Then translate that information into solutions that allow users to continue to scale in the platform.
- Manage a book of business with a focus on implementations and recurring delivery
- Deliver end-to-end configuration, and optimization of a customer's ClickUp Workspace
- Create roadmaps to ensure our customer's are continuously receiving value.
- Provide initial support for customer inquiries via email or the ClickUp platform.
- Conduct remote training sessions to educate clients on platform functionality, best practices, and configured workflows.
- Maintains expert knowledge of ClickUp's ICPs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team mates across the support organization.
- Attainment of team KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years prior experience in a software consulting role
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously with global customers across different time zones.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Preferred experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work management (CWM).
