About the role

  • Participate in Reddit, Facebook and Verified Community threads and adjacent subreddits and communities where users are seeking work management, productivity, and AI-forward solutions. Provide helpful advice and position ClickUp as a solution when appropriate.
  • Own ClickUp’s presence across social channels by joining relevant conversations, correcting misinformation, thanking advocates, and supporting users.
  • Test and manage native Reddit posts and comments, including AMAs, polls, and discussions, to encourage authentic and meaningful engagement.
  • Regularly review engagement results and adjust tone, frequency, and social community targeting based on performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, and support teams to align messaging and priorities.
  • Moderate and support ClickUp’s Verified Community online forums and advocacy platform, ensuring a safe, educational, and engaging environment.
  • Nominate customer marketing referrals from within the Verified and social communities.
  • Collect and escalate product feedback and trends to product and leadership teams.
  • Maintain community guidelines and ensure discussions remain constructive and on-topic.
  • Manage and create content for the Verified Community home space, building relationships with members to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Act as a ClickUp brand specialist and trusted voice within the Verified Community, hosting occasional AMAs or virtual events (no in-person event planning or hosting required).
  • Develop and execute strategies to build awareness and foster a vibrant super user community.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with Reddit culture, tone, etiquette, and what drives trust in different subreddits.
  • Proven experience growing or engaging online communities—ideally with a background in content, marketing, or community management.
  • Experience hosting and moderating online community forums.
  • Ability to create engaging social and community content tailored to different platforms.
  • Understanding of basic PR and brand voice principles.
  • Demonstrated success building and nurturing super user communities.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills that translate into approachable, human, and authentic language.
  • Ability to navigate criticism and negative feedback with resilience and professionalism.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with SEO, content, and support teams to ensure responses are accurate and valuable.
  • Ability to work toward clear objectives, learn from what’s performing, and adjust engagement tactics based on results.
