About the role
- Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives.
- Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Serve as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve.
- Motivate all team members to go above and beyond for customers.
- Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
- Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of ENT sales management experience
- Very strong understanding of selling into Upmarket segments in an expansion focused sales motion.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- MUST BE LOCATED IN BOSTON AND WILLING TO COME INTO AN OFFICE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK.
