About the role
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales leaders and account executives across EMEA.
- Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious targets for pipeline generation and deal closure—and consistently exceeding them.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture, emphasizing excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and resources for securing key accounts.
- Implement and continually optimize scalable sales processes, using data and analytics to drive ongoing improvement.
- Serve as a player-coach—leading by example, developing talent, and creating a fun, high-energy environment.
- Prioritize customer value and experience over aggressive tactics, ensuring strict adherence to ClickUp’s values.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership position (Director/ second line level or higher)
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on upmarket and enterprise segments
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across functions
- Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets in competitive, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading teams through organizational change and market shifts
- High integrity, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for developing talent
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
