About the role

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales leaders and account executives across EMEA.
  • Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious targets for pipeline generation and deal closure—and consistently exceeding them.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture, emphasizing excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and resources for securing key accounts.
  • Implement and continually optimize scalable sales processes, using data and analytics to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Serve as a player-coach—leading by example, developing talent, and creating a fun, high-energy environment.
  • Prioritize customer value and experience over aggressive tactics, ensuring strict adherence to ClickUp’s values.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership position (Director/ second line level or higher)
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on upmarket and enterprise segments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across functions
  • Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets in competitive, fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change and market shifts
  • High integrity, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for developing talent
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
