About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a bridge between CS, Data, RevOps, Support and Operations teams to ensure operational efficiency and provide strategic insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analyses in HubSpot to guide Customer Success actions.
  • Write and manage advanced queries in SQL Server for extracting and analyzing customer data in the Amazon QuickSuite environment.
  • Develop and maintain automations in HubSpot, as well as CRM dashboards and reports.
  • Support the collection, processing and visualization of operational and revenue data.
  • Use management tools such as Jira and Confluence to document and track processes, workflows and requests.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on continuous improvement of CS operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, RevOps, Data Analysis or related areas.
  • Strong logical reasoning, organization and analytical skills.
  • Clear communication and ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Experience using Jira for demand management and Confluence for collaborative documentation.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (complex query writing and optimization).
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, automations and HubSpot-related processes).
  • Familiarity with key Customer Success metrics (NRR, Churn, MRR, CSAT, NPS, Health Score).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in day-to-day operations.
  • Curious, hands-on and solution-oriented profile.
  • Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Organized, proactive and autonomous in delivering consistent results.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Process-oriented mindset and responsibility for operational stability and continuity.
