About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure operational playbooks that support channel growth.
  • Ensure governance and standardization in partner operations.
  • Define and manage the complete partner journey: prospecting, onboarding, enablement, activation and growth.
  • Create processes that accelerate partner activation.
  • Develop materials, training and documentation for enablement.
  • Implement and administer tools such as CRM, PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and integration platforms.
  • Create automated workflows for opportunity logging, lead management, deal tracking and commission processing.
  • Integrate channel data with sales and marketing teams.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to produce documentation, workflows and support for integrations.
  • Build co-selling and co-marketing processes.
  • Monitor the performance of experiments and campaigns and implement automation, focusing on efficiency in customer retention and expansion.
  • Develop a calculation and tracking tool for partner commission payments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in partnership operations, channel operations or business operations.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound).
  • Experience in process management and operational improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation.
  • Experience in environments with multiple integrations and multichannel experiments.
  • Proficiency with tools for creating AI agents, automations and integration routines (e.g., n8n, Flowise, Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs).
  • Practical knowledge of automating and integrating CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and strong prioritization skills.
