Customer Success Specialist – Commercial Focus
ClicksignCustomer Success Specialist for Clicksign engaging with clients and driving performance in remote setting. Responsible for client relationships and ensuring success throughout their lifecycle.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop relationships within the assigned accounts across all lines of business;
- Contribute to customer success throughout the customer lifecycle by proactively engaging with Clicksign teams, identifying expansion opportunities and reducing churn risk;
- Monitor and support customer satisfaction, engagement, retention and related metrics for the customer portfolio using available tools, proposing improvement actions when necessary;
- Propose and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product adoption and the customer experience, sharing insights with Clicksign Solutions and Product teams;
- Follow up on and record customer requests through the company's official communication channels;
- Maximize the use of our solutions and/or services by presenting best practices and designing initiatives that aim to achieve the customer's desired outcomes;
- Manage performance for customers with high complexity in the use of products and services, tracking customer success criteria and anticipating potential issues;
- Create and present reports tracking the client's key indicators when required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in the SaaS market.
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Experience in the financial market or in fintech operations.
