About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage communication journeys and automation flows focused on acquisition and relationship building for enterprise customers.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize the marketing and relationship email send calendar.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests (essential!) to maximize open, click and conversion rates.
  • Implement and optimize multichannel communications: email, chatbots, push, WhatsApp and in-app messages.
  • Use data and metrics to generate send intelligence, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze metrics and generate reports in HubSpot to track the impact of initiatives.
  • Strategically segment contact databases to increase campaign relevance.
  • Ensure consistency of Clicksign's tone of voice across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to align objectives and integrate strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM and reporting).
  • Experience creating relationship and lead nurturing journeys.
  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with complementary CRM channels: push, chatbots, WhatsApp and in-app messaging.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to create strategic content for customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics (open, click, conversion, engagement).
  • Experience with integrations and automation between tools is a plus.
  • Organized with strategic vision to manage a complex send calendar.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to support experiments and business decisions.
