About the role

  • Develop AI agents: design, deploy, and maintain agents, bots, and assistants that operate directly in customer support and internal process resolution, reducing manual effort.
  • Process automation (Low-code and APIs): build and evolve automation flows using tools like n8n, integrating tools and data end-to-end.
  • HubSpot maintenance and improvement: optimize workflows and ensure the integrity of API integrations and data within HubSpot to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Innovation and improvements: identify opportunities for AI use—such as ticket classification, conversation summarization, sentiment analysis, etc.—to support decision-making and improve service quality.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with CS, RevOps, Data, and other teams to translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions.
  • Governance and documentation: ensure data traceability and clearly document all flows, integrations, and automations created.
  • Troubleshooting: investigate, diagnose, and fix technical issues in integrated systems and AI flows, ensuring operational stability.

Requirements

  • Experience with generative AI: hands-on knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, and applying AI to business processes.
  • Strong automation skills: solid experience with low-code tools (n8n, Make, or similar) and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms: technical experience with the tool (Workflows, Sequences, Integrations, and Data Management).
  • Supporting technical skills: knowledge of SQL for data analysis and familiarity with Python or JavaScript for occasional customizations in automations.
  • Analytical, data-driven profile: ability to design logical flows from scratch, clearly document technical processes, and use metrics to measure the real efficiency of implemented automations.
  • Communication: ability to bridge technical language and business needs, listening to Support team pain points and turning them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: a proactive, exploratory mindset who enjoys testing new tools, while having the discipline and organizational skills to prioritize what generates the most value for customers and the company.
