About the role

  • Develop and optimize the user experience across the entire acquisition and activation journey, including landing pages, sign-up flows, welcome screens and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and the Marketing team to plan, implement and analyze A/B tests and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experiments.
  • Ensure maximum performance and fast load times (Core Web Vitals), applying technical SEO best practices to drive organic acquisition.
  • Translate prototypes (Figma, Sketch) into clean, semantic, accessible and responsive code using our stack with Vue.js/Nuxt.js and TypeScript.
  • Instrument the front end to capture user interaction data, ensuring visibility in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel or similar.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual component library used in the customer's initial journey, ensuring consistency and speed.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Front-end Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating web projects.
  • Proficiency in Vue.js (or Nuxt.js), TypeScript, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 (with preprocessors or frameworks such as Tailwind CSS).
  • Hands-on experience with web performance optimization (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) and technical SEO.
  • Data-driven mindset: you understand how your work impacts business metrics such as conversion rate, acquisition cost and activation rate.
  • Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and version control tools (Git).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment.
