About the role
- Lead the entire Revenue organization: Marketing, Sales, Growth (PLG), Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Partnerships.
- Evolve our ability to sell to Enterprise customers by structuring culture, processes, and strategy.
- Operate two engines simultaneously:
- PLG (volume, efficiency, recurring revenue)
- SLG — Consultative selling (Enterprise, complex cycles)
- Structure forecasting, the funnel, and predictability.
- Build sustainable growth — not just one-off acceleration.
Requirements
- Proven track record of significant scaling.
- Experience with consultative Enterprise sales.
- Ability to lead leaders.
- Strong analytical capability (funnel, forecasting, efficiency).
- Hands-on mindset: strategy and execution go together.
- Ability to test, measure, and iterate quickly.
- Mature communication skills to navigate a founder-led company environment.
