About the role

  • Support the implementation, operation and evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls for users, systems, applications, and service accounts.
  • Develop and keep up-to-date the Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix and the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix.
  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
  • Perform periodic access review processes, ensuring adherence to the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Support automation of the team's internal processes, reducing manual activities and operational risks.
  • Participate in the analysis and response to security incidents related to identity, authentication, and authorization.
  • Contribute to the definition, review, and enforcement of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance activities, including evidence collection and responding to internal and external audits such as ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and updating of company security policies, ensuring that security measures are effective.
  • Monitor security events, identifying possible threats and responding to security incidents.
  • Work closely with Information Security, ITOps, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Respond to customer questionnaires and evaluate vendor and partner questionnaires.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by mapping access risks and proposing more efficient controls.
  • Keep technical documentation on IAM processes and controls up to date.
  • Review Zero Trust models and access design decisions.
  • Support the generation and validation of realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects within corporate environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to delivering results.
  • Postgraduate degree in information security, especially IAM, is desirable.
