About the role
- Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, aligning expectations, objectives, and the implementation timeline.
- Plan and execute the onboarding plan according to each client's size and complexity.
- Ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and with high quality.
- Deliver trainings and enablement sessions on product usage and best practices.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and customer time-to-activation metrics.
- Work consultatively to identify improvement opportunities or churn risk.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover and a positive customer experience.
- Document learnings, feedback and best practices to refine the onboarding process.
- Support the creation of materials, tutorials and communications for new customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, implementation or onboarding at SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, empathetic and focused on customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Experience with Customer Success methodologies.
- Knowledge of onboarding metrics (Time to Value, Activation Rate, Adoption).
- Intermediate English.
