About the role

  • Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, aligning expectations, objectives, and the implementation timeline.
  • Plan and execute the onboarding plan according to each client's size and complexity.
  • Ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and with high quality.
  • Deliver trainings and enablement sessions on product usage and best practices.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and customer time-to-activation metrics.
  • Work consultatively to identify improvement opportunities or churn risk.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover and a positive customer experience.
  • Document learnings, feedback and best practices to refine the onboarding process.
  • Support the creation of materials, tutorials and communications for new customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, implementation or onboarding at SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, empathetic and focused on customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies.
  • Knowledge of onboarding metrics (Time to Value, Activation Rate, Adoption).
  • Intermediate English.
