About the role
- Own end-to-end execution of company-wide initiatives, including all-hands meetings and offsites
- Lead board meeting preparation: craft presentations, consolidate reporting, and ensure executive alignment
- Create dashboards and insights that drive data-informed decision-making
- Manage complex cross-functional projects such as legal entity setup, new product/SKU launches, and market expansions
- Support M&A activity through integration planning, and post-close execution
- Oversee day-to-day operational logistics, including mail distribution, vendor procurement, and contract management
- Partner with real estate providers to source, negotiate, and operationalize office space for a growing team
- Manage company swag production, fulfillment, and distribution to reinforce culture and brand
- Maintain and scale the internal company knowledge base (Wiki) to ensure information is accessible and up to date
Requirements
- 4+ years in a fast paced business environment (e.g., management consulting, tech industry role in sales strategy, rev ops, or business ops)
- Start up experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Ability to execute and skillfully juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Systems thinking by accurately defining the problem and scope and applying creative solutions using process and technology
- Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively
- Quantitative skillset. SQL experience a plus
- Highly adept at presentation skills - both verbal and written
