  • **We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the squad responsible for our post-purchase journey — ensuring our travelers have flexibility and convenience when they travel with us.**
  • **You Will: (Responsibilities)**
  • **Be the guardian of the post-purchase and travel experience:** Look strategically at the journey after purchase confirmation so we continue delivering value until arrival at the destination.
  • **Enable flexibility:** Develop solutions that provide real control and adaptability to travelers, allowing them to adjust their plans in a simple and transparent way.
  • **Provide convenience:** Redefine what it means to "travel with peace of mind," creating a journey that removes friction and anticipates user needs according to context.
  • **Multidisciplinary collaboration:** Work side by side with Product Designers and Engineering to ensure the product vision turns into experiences that delight and solve real problems.
  • **Impact on user experience and outcomes:** Balance delivering value to the traveler with operational and financial efficiency for the business, ensuring product evolution reflects in user satisfaction and measurable results.
  • **Drive Retention:** Make the post-purchase journey fundamental to customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Requirements

  • **Product management ambidexterity:** The ability to balance operational excellence for "today" (optimizing flows and addressing current pains) with the strategic vision for "tomorrow" (exploring new opportunities in the traveler's journey).
  • **Culture of Experimentation and Rapid Validation:** A mindset focused on constant experimentation. You understand that testing and validating hypotheses is part of daily work to reduce uncertainty and generate quick learnings without losing the team's agility and delivery rhythm.
  • **Systemic and Holistic Vision:** You understand that the product is not just a screen, but the solution to a problem in a real, complex and "phygital" context.
  • **Mastery of Complex Ecosystems:** Experience with platforms that rely on robust integrations and an understanding that user flow depends on the technical resilience working behind the scenes.
  • **Ability to Simplify the Complex:** The capacity to translate scenarios of high technical and business complexity into an intuitive and seamless journey for the traveler.
  • **Enthusiasm for impact:** A leadership mindset to commit to end results and a desire to leave a legacy in mobility in Brazil.
  • **AI in the Experience:** Experience with solutions that use AI to create personalized experiences and/or conversational interfaces with assistants.
