About the role

  • Develop and drive program OKRs, structural frameworks, and timelines.
  • Lead program strategic planning by setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking progress in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Become an internal expert on the corporate strategy, product portfolio, and pipeline processes to enable effective decision-making.
  • Act as the primary driver for project execution, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies to track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure precise, on-time delivery of all program components.
  • Support and coordinate program activities across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage program budget and resource needs across teams.
  • Work closely with Product Leadership and the Head of Commercial to ensure program milestones are perfectly aligned with the product roadmap and commercialization strategy.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, or Management Consulting.
  • Specific experience within the Life Sciences industry is required.
  • Proven ability to onboard rapidly and contribute effectively to complex projects with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is a plus.
