About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the first steps of our recruitment process, from CV screening to introductory interviews
- Help us identify and engage amazing talent across different profiles
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies, platforms, and AI-powered recruitment tools
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Take part in exciting side projects, from employer branding to process improvements
- Share your ideas, we're always looking for better ways to hire great people
Requirements
What you’ll need- Are looking for an end-of-studies internship and ready to kick-start your career in Talent Acquisition
- Are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
- Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and know how to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
- Have a sales mindset: you're proactive, resilient, and motivated by results
- Are coachable, open to feedback, and excited to grow—we value potential over perfection
- Bring positive energy, curiosity, and aren't afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo
