About the role
- Responsibility for independently and timely preparing the monthly payroll
- Act as the competent point of contact for clients, social insurance agencies and authorities on all payroll tax and social security law matters
- Preparation of certificates and responsibility for reporting obligations (Meldewesen)
- Point of contact during audits (social insurance, payroll tax, etc.)
- Collaborate with the founding team to help further develop the software by providing relevant practical insights
- Support HR activities by contributing to the design of future job profiles within the payroll team
Requirements
- Successfully completed further training as an IHK-certified Payroll Accountant or Specialist Assistant in Payroll & Salaries
- Basic knowledge of social security law, payroll tax and employment law
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Very good German language skills
- Ideally: prior experience with Agenda payroll software
