• Responsible for independently and punctually completing the monthly payroll
• Competent point of contact for clients, social security institutions and authorities on all payroll tax and social security law matters
• Preparation and issuance of certificates and responsibility for statutory reporting
• Point of contact during audits (social security, payroll tax, etc.)
• Collaborate with the founding team to help develop the software by providing relevant practical insights
• Support HR activities by contributing to the design of future job profiles within the payroll team

Payroll Specialist

• Verantwortung für die eigenständige, termingerechte Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
• Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mandanten, Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden in allen lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
• Erstellung von Bescheinigung und Verantwortung für das Meldewesen
• Ansprechperson bei Prüfungen (Sozialversicherung, Lohnsteuer etc.)
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründungsteam zur Weiterentwicklung der Software durch relevante Praxiseinblicke
• Unterstützende Tätigkeiten des Personalwesens durch Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Jobprofile im Payroll Team
