About the role

  • Onboard & train clients: Lead workshops and training sessions to set clients up for success.
  • Target the right audience: Define ideal customer profiles, source quality data, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Run campaigns: Build and launch effective sales campaigns, including copywriting, automation, and sequences.
  • Analyze & optimize: Track campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, call bookings) and make improvements based on data.
  • Test & experiment: Use A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client experience and results.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales, or an Agency role.
  • Experience in a fast-moving SaaS, startup, or B2B environment is a plus.
  • German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
  • English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
  • Skilled at effectively engaging and communicating with various stakeholders is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Focused on finding practical and effective solutions to challenges.
  • Proficient in Excel, particularly with large data sets, experience with automation tools is a plus.
  • Data savvy, able to gather, enrich, and analyze data to extract valuable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
