About the role
- As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.
- Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
- Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
- Proactive prospecting: When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.
- CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.
Requirements
- You already had direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included).
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
- German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
- English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
- “Quick start” mentality with high production output.
- Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
