About the role
- Serve as the single point of contact for all partner launches, managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop weekly and monthly partner plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate partner meetings and provide detailed recaps with action items and deadlines.
- Drive faster partner onboarding, including vendor management, contracting, and testing.
- Work closely with engineering teams and lead implementation discussions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on priorities and contract negotiations.
- Track and report partner launch progress and impact on B2B lead volume.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely launch execution.
- Provide insights to senior leaders to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Build out clear roadmaps and launch plans to keep teams on-track and accountable.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in B2B partnerships, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation through completion with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with APIs and technical integrations
- Understands the fundamentals of REST APIs, GraphQL, scrum and sprint management.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- History of improving processes and driving efficiency
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Familiar with real estate or mortgage industry
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Previous experience managing stakeholders at different levels
- Technical enough to ask challenging questions to engineers and lead implementation discussions
