Own the quality of features and lead test efforts for our content, mobile, and internal products functional and design specifications and prepare test plans
Work with your Product and Operations peers to develop a collection of test cases for new and existing features prioritized by customer value
Perform manual tests for new features while adhering to high quality standards on both mobile and browser
Work with Product and Engineering leads to certify a release and investigate issues from tests in our QA Environment
Advocate for high quality on behalf of Clever customers by working closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers.

Requirements

5+ years of QA experience
Fluent written and verbal English
Experience with a fast paced startup
Remote work experience with a global team
Understanding of QA processes and concepts such as test plan creation, test suite development/execution and defect debugging/tracking/management
Strong manual testing skills at different layers of the application (web, mobile, API) across both browser and mobile
Experience developing automated tests using UI and/or API based test frameworks, development environments, and CI/CD is a plus
Understanding of testing methodologies like functional, integration, system, and usability.
Performance/Load testing experience with tools like JMeter or k6 is a plus
