About the role
- Own the quality of features and lead test efforts for our content, mobile, and internal products functional and design specifications and prepare test plans
- Work with your Product and Operations peers to develop a collection of test cases for new and existing features prioritized by customer value
- Perform manual tests for new features while adhering to high quality standards on both mobile and browser
- Work with Product and Engineering leads to certify a release and investigate issues from tests in our QA Environment
- Advocate for high quality on behalf of Clever customers by working closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Experience with a fast paced startup
- Remote work experience with a global team
- Strong manual testing skills at different layers of the application (web, mobile, API) across both browser and mobile
- Has experience developing automated tests using UI and/or API based test frameworks, development environments, and CI/CD is a plus
- Has an understanding of testing methodologies like functional, integration, system, and usability.
- Performance/Load testing experience with tools like JMeter or k6 is a plus
