About the role
- Own 2–5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
- Lead job kickoffs, create compelling job descriptions, and support interview plans
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: interviews, feedback, references, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely pipelines
- Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality
- Build and maintain a warm candidate pipeline for high-volume roles
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
- Comfortable juggling 2-5 open roles at a time
- Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments
- High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation
- Sales-minded: persuasive, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
