About the role

  • Own 2–5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
  • Lead job kickoffs, create compelling job descriptions, and support interview plans
  • Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes: interviews, feedback, references, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely pipelines
  • Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality
  • Build and maintain a warm candidate pipeline for high-volume roles

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
  • Comfortable juggling 2-5 open roles at a time
  • Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments
  • High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation
  • Sales-minded: persuasive, competitive, and results-driven
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
