Bookkeeper

• Support all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, business to business collections, customer management and account reconciliations
• Assist in all accounts payable functions including invoice booking, coding, managing vendor inquiries, cheque runs/EFTs and reconciliations
• Assist in payroll processing for 70 hourly and salaried employees across Canada and the United States using QuickBooks Online
• Administrative duties to support the above as requested
• Maintain organized financial records, ensure financial accuracy, refine processes, streamline reporting, and provide insights to drive smarter decision-making
