About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
  • Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Associate’s degree and two years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience. OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s degree and four years of experience OR Master’s degree and one year of experience OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and one year of experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
