RN Ambulatory Team Lead – Internal Medicine

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed.
- Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings.
- Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
- Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two years of recent RN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations
