About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide routine and as needed clinical engineering services (repair, maintenance, relocation, installation, etc.) for equipment.
- Maintain documentation of equipment, inventory, service and repairs.
- Collaborate with information technology caregivers to integrate medical equipment systems with information systems applications.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s Degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering and two years of Cleveland Clinic Clinical Engineering Technician I experience OR four years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment or equipment in a mechanical or electrical technician field OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of CC experience or six years of outside experience OR equivalent specialized or military training OR Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
